The Naval Academy Athletic Association is proud to offer the 10th Annual Navy Performance Enhancement Clinic. Designed to introduce the principles of Performance Enhancement, this clinic will give you the tools to increase performance in all areas of life.

Visualizations - how to see yourself achieving your goals
Affirmations - using your own words to train your mind
Mentoring - successful techniques to mentor yourself and others
Roadblocks to Success - what makes many people fall short of success
Universal Characteristics of Successful People - successful people share many of the same characteristics, habits and processes - we will teach you how to incorporate the very same into your life.

I entered with anxiety about how much I could learn but I have "unlocked" new ways to teach myself.

Mike Hughes, the Naval Academy Athletic Association's Performance Enhancement Coordinator and Varsity Women's Rowing Coach, directs the Clinic. Mike has taught Performance Enhancement for over 20 years to individuals, companies and athletic teams. For the past 25 years, Mike has been a coach at the high school, club and collegiate level and was a collegiate swimmer, football and baseball player.

In addition, after you attend the Clinic, Mike is available to you via email or phone for any follow up questions you may have.
